I have seen Dr. Al-Basha for almost 30 years, since I was a child!! Today I had my very first treatment in the aesthetics center. I worked with (Mary) a few weeks ago to concoct a package that fit my needs and wants. Today I got a dermaglow with Adri. She was absolutely wonderful. She clearly explained everything to me and continued to provide education and explanations of the treatment as we went on. Within minutes of the diamond glow portion of my treatment I realized I absolutely loved it and needed to change the package I originally purchased. Sarah assisted with this change and it was so easy and fair. I am so in awe of my results today. My face feels amazing. I can’t wait for my next treatment!!

Wonderful experience! From the moment you walk in everyone greets you and makes you feel so comfortable. I am new to any aesthetic experiences and requested a consultation for treatment options. They were so informative and laid out all their treatment recommendations for me. Dr Maria Albasha stepped into the consultation and laid out her recommendations and also suggested a return medical visit for some medical treatment options for my redness and breakouts. I decided on trying out some diamond glow facials. The aesthetician that performed the diamond glow was so sweet and informative. She catered to my skin needs and my skin felt so amazing and refreshed afterwards. Definitely going back for more!

This was a very pleasant experience, and has been every time I have gone. I met with Karolina and she was wonderful. Very attentive and addressed all my concerns. I only waited for about 10 minutes in the waiting room. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Do not pay any heed to those old reviews about the staff.

I appreciate the helpful staff and variety of services provided at Edgebrook Dermatology. Adriana, one of the aestheticians, has gone out of her way to provide quality service as well as valuable information re: products and care. Highly recommended facility.
