Our clinic is located within Edgebrook Shopping Center's tall brick office building. There is a parking lot on the East side of the shopping center, across the street from Rockford Lutheran Academy (the "back" of the shopping center). You will find the red awning with "1639" on it and can use the elevator to get to the third floor. This is where our medical, laser, and aesthetic centers all currently reside.
